Location: Hybrid in New York, NY

Salary: $131,000 – $169,000 per year

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end strategy and execution for high-priority Tier 1 events, flagship tradeshows, and conferences.
  • Embed AI tools and scalable systems into every phase of event planning to build repeatable playbooks and workflows.
  • Lead planning and execution for internal events to align stakeholders and reflect the evolving brand.
  • Drive the execution layer of community and brand partnership programs in collaboration with Brand and Field Marketing teams.
  • Translate brand values into tangible guest experiences, managing everything from initial briefs to onsite delivery.
  • Manage budgets for assigned events and track performance via engagement metrics and pipeline influence.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in managing events.
  • Proven track record of building infrastructure, templates, and documented processes for repeatable execution.
  • Active use of AI tools for research, drafting, analysis, and workflow automation.
  • Experience supporting co-branded activations and balancing partner goals with brand integrity.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the New York City office.
