What you will do

• Collaborate with engineering teams on the design of functional blocks and subsystems.
• Verify and validate block requirements for area, power, performance, and latency.
• Assist with verification of subsystems and full chip verification groups.
• Work with design and physical design engineers to resolve bugs and timing issues.
• Write clear and concise documentation regarding verification approaches.
• Engage with cross-functional teams including architects, designers, and software engineers.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a BS/MS program in Computer or Electrical Engineering.
• Must be able to work full-time on-site in Ottawa.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Verilog or SystemVerilog.
• Exposure to digital logic and computer architecture.
• Familiarity with Ethernet and cryptographic technologies.
• Understanding of ASIC design and verification methodologies.
