What you will do
- Act as a trusted technical advisor across the customer lifecycle for aligned accounts and stakeholders.
- Drive consultative technical engagements through presentations, demos, workshops, and solution design.
- Guide customers through value realization aligned to strategic priorities and support adoption and growth.
- Demonstrate business value of solutions and participate in customer success activities (QBRs, cadence calls, office hours, roadmap sessions).
- Seek expansion within current product lines and promote adoption of integrated multi-product solutions.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, Professional Services, Product Management, and Engineering; provide authoritative guidance on DevOps concepts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Technical Pre-Sales or Sales Engineering role (practitioners welcome).
- Strong understanding of DevOps, IT operations, security, cloud, microservices, containers, and scheduling platforms.
- Proven experience implementing software products/solutions in large, dynamic enterprise environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Ability to travel as needed (domestic and occasional international travel required).
