What you will do

• Design and implement backend systems integrating with customer environments
• Identify, collect, and model data from large-scale environments
• Develop reliable production-grade code handling billions of requests at immense scale
• Collaborate with product teams on seamless integration and onboarding workflows
• Lead major architectural changes and influence technical and business growth
• Take end-to-end responsibility for code through development, testing, rollout, and scale-up

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on backend development experience with Golang, Python, Java, or C/C++
• 5+ years experience in at least 2 positions
• Strong problem-solving, ownership, communication, and team collaboration skills
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies
• Experience with backend and microservice patterns
• Mentality of a team player seeing the big picture while focusing on critical details
