What you will do

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to drive game line objectives.
• Manage the editorial calendar in collaboration with marketing, community, and brand teams.
• Coordinate the creation of social media graphics, photography, and video content.
• Foster community relationships by engaging with users on platforms like Instagram, Reddit, and Discord.
• Provide active moderation during livestreams to ensure a safe and professional environment.
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to improve social media ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional social media marketing or digital content management experience.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, Discord, Reddit, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

• Experience with social media advertising and paid campaign management.
