What you will do

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel UA and retargeting campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Manage and strategically allocate multi-million-dollar monthly budgets to hit LTV and ROAS targets.
  • Conduct A/B testing on audiences, bidding strategies, and funnel performance to drive scalable growth.
  • Partner with creative teams to produce high-performing static and video assets informed by performance insights.
  • Improve app store visibility via keyword optimization and asset testing using industry-standard ASO tools.
  • Collaborate with product, live-ops, and analytics teams to align UA efforts with in-game events and monetization goals.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience managing UA and retargeting campaigns specifically for mobile F2P games.
  • Expertise in media buying across major platforms including Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Proven record of managing significant monthly budgets and optimizing for ROAS/LTV.
  • Deep knowledge of ASO practices, including keyword strategy and creative testing.
  • Proficiency with privacy-centric frameworks (SKAdNetwork, Privacy Sandbox) and MMP data like Singular or AppsFlyer.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to communicate data-driven strategies to cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AdMon platforms.
  • Prior experience in high-growth, fast-moving environments.
