What you will do

• Monitor social media platforms to identify emerging gaming trends, viral content, and relevant community conversations.
• Assist in brainstorming and researching content ideas, memes, and campaign concepts tailored for gaming audiences.
• Support influencer and community research to identify best practices and content opportunities.
• Manage content calendars, coordinate publishing, and assist in preparing social media assets.
• Collect and organize performance data to help optimize future social media campaigns.
• Ensure content is culturally relevant and aligned with community interests for English-speaking audiences.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada or the United States
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong passion for video games, specifically action RPGs and open-world titles.
• Active user of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, and X (Twitter) with a deep understanding of internet trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level).
• Proficiency in Chinese is highly preferred for cross-team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Where Winds Meet or the Wuxia genre.
• Previous experience or deep knowledge of the gaming creator and influencer ecosystem.
