Vice President of Customer Operations (Roofing)

Location: Canton, MA, USA

Salary: USD 180,000–195,000 yearly

What you will do

• Lead customer operations, including customer service, billing, and third-party relationships for the roofing business.
• Build and maintain relationships with third-party trading goods vendors.
• Support contract, pricing, rebate, and volume negotiations with vendors.
• Oversee purchasing and maintain stocking plans to ensure continuous product supply.
• Partner with sales management, visit key customer accounts, and contribute to sales strategy and growth.
• Create and execute strategic operations plans while developing a high-performing operations team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance preferred.
• 10+ years of experience managing a customer operations team.
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Proven leadership and management abilities.
• Ability to lead diverse teams across the organization.
• Must work in Canton, Massachusetts, USA.
