What you will do

• Audit, label, and track all IT equipment in preparation for the office move.
• Coordinate internet, WiFi, and cabling installations at the new office location.
• Manage the physical setup of desks, docking stations, and meeting room technology.
• Collaborate with vendors and building management to ensure all IT requirements are met.
• Provide hands-on technical support to employees during the transition period.
• Update asset inventories and security documentation for the new environment.

Requirements

• Must be available for an interim period of 2-3 months starting July 1st.
• Must be able to work onsite in Amsterdam.
• Experience working with Windows, macOS, or Linux environments.
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on approach to technical problem-solving.
• Interest in device management tools like Kandji and office automation.
