TL;DR
Operations Engineer (Automation): Building and optimizing internal tools and automation workflows for a music distribution platform with an accent on catalog operations and technical troubleshooting. Location: Must be based in or near Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid: at least 1 day per week on-site)

What you will do
- Act as the go-to person for technical content and catalog operations.
- Diagnose and resolve operational issues directly.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline repetitive tasks.
- Build internal tools to support the operations team and improve user decision-making.
- Transition operational responsibilities into automated engineering solutions over time.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Netherlands (no relocation or visa sponsorship provided).
- Solid scripting and automation skills, preferably in Python.
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries.
- Experience with Git and GitHub.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work on-site in Amsterdam at least one day per week.
