What you will do

• Design and maintain infrastructure automation using Terraform, Ansible, and Python.
• Develop AI-powered automation, agentic workflows, and RAG pipelines for enterprise platforms.
• Contribute to the Internal Developer Platform strategy and self-service infrastructure capabilities.
• Manage DevOps toolchains, including CI/CD, artifact management, and secrets management.
• Drive operational excellence through observability, SLO-based reliability, and incident response.
• Mentor engineers and establish standards for automation and AI-enabled solutions.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of active experience with Python in automation and backend development.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, or AWX in the last 7 years.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
• Recent project experience implementing AI-powered applications, LLMs, and RAG architectures.
• Strong Linux administration skills and networking fundamentals.
