What you will do

• Scout & close new strategic partners, managing the full cycle from outreach to contract negotiation and building a high-potential partnership pipeline.
• Drive partner activation as the main point of contact: check-ins, updates, marketing collateral/product info, joint campaigns, and troubleshooting to ensure measurable results.
• Nurture and optimize the partner portfolio via relationship management, performance reviews, and continuous improvement action plans.
• Track key partnership metrics (member acquisition, contracts signed, generated ARR, conversion rates, engagement) and report partnership ROI with data-driven insights.
• Own the full partnership lifecycle in Belgium and coordinate cross-functionally with legal, product, and sales to ensure successful launches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partnership development.
• Full English fluency (written and spoken).
• Native-level French and/or Dutch.
• Proven experience creating and executing marketing campaigns.
• Strong ability to measure partnership impact and ROI.
• Excellent networking and pitching skills, with strong communication and content creation skills.
