What you will do
- Lead SAP AMS operations for one or multiple customer accounts.
- Ensure effective incident, problem, and change management processes while meeting agreed SLAs.
- Coordinate system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous service improvements.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address issues to ensure service stability.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and audit requirements.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in SAP Application Management Services (AMS).
- Experience participating in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and SAP solutions such as Ariba and SuccessFactors.
- Experience with SAP integrations and interfaces with external systems.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- English B2+ proficiency required.
Nice to have
- Experience managing AMS services for multiple customers or large enterprise environments.
- ITIL knowledge or relevant service management certifications.
- Experience working in international and distributed teams.
