What you will do

• Own end-to-end service delivery, incident management, and the reduction of systemic technical debt.
• Govern and challenge external L2/L3 vendors regarding SLAs, KPIs, and backlog to ensure permanent technical fixes.
• Lead major incident coordination and drive root-cause resolution.
• Manage service transitions, including new vendor onboarding and handovers.
• Ensure platform stability and supportability during organizational and technical changes.
• Communicate effectively with global business stakeholders to influence service outcomes.

Requirements

• Fluent English required.
• Several years of experience in vendor governance or managed services leadership.
• Strong background in ITIL and service management.
• Proven experience in ERP implementations, with SAP S/4HANA strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and manage organizational change.
• Must be based in or able to work from Warszawa, Poland.
