TL;DR
SAP Security Consultant (ERP): Managing and optimizing SAP roles and authorization structures across S/4HANA, ECC, and Fiori systems with an accent on security compliance, access governance, and troubleshooting. Location: Must be based in the UK with a hybrid working pattern requiring approximately once-monthly attendance at the Milton Keynes office.
Salary: £38,784 – £46,049

What you will do
- Manage and support SAP Roles & Authorisations across S/4HANA, ECC, BW, and Fiori systems.
- Design, implement, and maintain secure SAP role structures following industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP access and security issues.
- Collaborate with architecture and infrastructure teams to ensure compliant access design.
- Perform regular user access reviews and maintain governance controls.
- Support SAP upgrades, releases, and major digital transformation programs.
Requirements
- Degree in Computing & IT or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong technical background in SAP security, identity, and access management.
- Experience with large enterprise system implementations (S/4HANA, ECC, or BW).
- Knowledge of software engineering practices including Cloud IaaS/PaaS and CI/CD.
- Ability to review existing role designs and implement improvements for security and usability.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK and able to attend the Milton Keynes office as required.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP system upgrades or major platform transformations.
- Knowledge of SAP GRC.
- Exposure to S/4HANA transformation projects.
