Salary: £38,784 – £46,049

What you will do

• Manage and support SAP Roles & Authorisations across S/4HANA, ECC, BW, and Fiori systems.
• Design, implement, and maintain secure SAP role structures following industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP access and security issues.
• Collaborate with architecture and infrastructure teams to ensure compliant access design.
• Perform regular user access reviews and maintain governance controls.
• Support SAP upgrades, releases, and major digital transformation programs.

Requirements

• Degree in Computing & IT or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong technical background in SAP security, identity, and access management.
• Experience with large enterprise system implementations (S/4HANA, ECC, or BW).
• Knowledge of software engineering practices including Cloud IaaS/PaaS and CI/CD.
• Ability to review existing role designs and implement improvements for security and usability.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK and able to attend the Milton Keynes office as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP system upgrades or major platform transformations.
• Knowledge of SAP GRC.
• Exposure to S/4HANA transformation projects.
