What you will do

• Handle end-to-end PMGM implementations for SAP SuccessFactors.
• Gather requirements and communicate with stakeholders.
• Configure systems, conduct testing, and manage deployments.
• Apply best practices in performance and goals management processes.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (B2 mandatory)
• At least 5 years experience in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM
• Experience with at least 3 end-to-end PMGM implementations
• Strong stakeholder communication for requirements gathering
• Strong understanding of performance management processes and best practices
• Experience with system configuration, testing, and deployment
• Available for hybrid work in Braga, Coimbra or Lisbon 1x week; Portuguese/EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit required
