What you will do

• Conduct independent research to support the immunology portfolio and RDC mission.
• Design, optimize, and standardize novel in-house cell-based, molecular, and biochemical assays.
• Establish in-vitro and in-vivo models to evaluate immunotherapeutics against diverse disease conditions.
• Perform antibody and protein engineering, including affinity maturation, to optimize therapeutic potential.
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets using computational and bioinformatic tools.
• Prepare scientific presentations, reports, manuscripts, and grant proposals.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or M.D./Ph.D. in a relevant field required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. as no sponsorship is provided.
• Strong publication record demonstrating independent, high-quality research.
• Experience with viral vectors, antibody design, and discovery.
• Proficiency in cutting-edge techniques such as high-content imaging, microscopy, and cell-based screening.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-throughput data analysis and bioinformatics.
• Previous experience in an industry research environment.
