What you will do

• Support the execution of business control activities and maintain documentation for ISIM processes.
• Assist in performing key control testing to ensure design and operating effectiveness.
• Support contract owners in managing outsourcing and intragroup arrangements.
• Perform first-level quality checks on sourcing documentation and maintain activity tracking.
• Monitor regulatory updates and assist in gap analyses and remediation actions.
• Contribute to data collection, reporting, and fostering a risk-aware culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Risk Management.
• First experience (internship or up to 2 years) in risk, control, or audit functions.
• Basic understanding of risk and control frameworks.
• Fluency in English and French is required.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office.
