Junior Business Control Specialist (Finance)

What you will do

• Support business control activities across ISIM processes and maintain process and control documentation.
• Assist with Key Control Testing, gap analyses, risk assessments, and remediation follow-up.
• Support outsourcing and intragroup arrangements, including TIPM framework monitoring and sourcing documentation quality checks.
• Track sourcing activities and coordinate regulatory and internal requirements.
• Monitor regulatory updates, summarize impacts, and contribute to reporting, data analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Help foster a risk-aware culture across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Internship experience or up to 2 years of experience in risk, control, audit, or a similar function.
• Basic understanding of risk and control frameworks, with strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Structured and organized approach, good communication skills, and willingness to learn.
• Fluency in English and French required.
• Good command of MS Office tools.
