Audit Supervisor (Risk and Finance)

What you will do

• Plan, lead, execute, and report on complex audits coverhirify.global Risk and Finance for hirify.global Netherlands.
• Evaluate the design and operathirify.global effectiveness of controls across processes, activities, and applications.
• Supervise audit team members, coach auditors, and maintain high-quality audit files.
• Prepare audit reports, communicate findhirify.globals and recommendations, and present results to senior management.
• Develop input for the Audit Strategy Memorandum, Audit Universe, and Annual Audit Plan.
• Build professional relationships with stakeholders, manage expectations, and challenge them constructively.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in bankhirify.global, preferably in Risk or Finance, audit, internal controls, or related fields.
• Academic degree and an audit or comparable certification such as RA, RE, RO, or CIA, or active progress toward certification.
• Experience independently plannhirify.global and executhirify.global complex audit assignments within agreed timelines and scope.
• Experience applyhirify.global data analytics in an audit environment and understandhirify.global business operations, risks, and controls.
• Strong communication, influenchirify.global, advisory, organizational awareness, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent English required; Dutch is preferred. Alignment with hirify.global values and willhirify.globalness to take the Banker’s Oath.
