What you will do

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and research teams to define research roadmap and identify key topics.
• Design and analyze surveys, randomized experiments (conjoint, maxdiff), and large-n datasets for customer understanding.
• Triangulate survey data with engagement metrics using data engineering and BI tools.
• Build repeatable mechanisms to measure customer metrics driving product iteration.
• Synthesize primary/secondary data into actionable insights for leaders.
• Promote best practices, build resources, and train peers on research execution.

Requirements

• Based in USA, WA (Bellevue or Seattle)
• PhD or Master's + 4+ years quantitative field research experience
• Experience applying scientific principles to business problems
• Analyzing experimental and observational datasets
• AI fluency required
• Expertise in surveys, experiments, and research tools

Nice to have

• R, MATLAB, Python or similar
• Agile development experience
