What you will do

• Lead the design and execution of advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives aligned to product quality and consumer insights.
• Develop and deploy models for classification, forecasting, anomaly detection, NLP, and causal inference.
• Build frameworks for early signal detection, quality risk prediction, and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with data engineering to productionize models using GCP tools such as Agent Platform, Cloud Run, and Dataform.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate complex business problems into scalable data science solutions.
• Mentor team members and drive the adoption of modern techniques including generative AI and agentic workflows.

Requirements

• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data science with demonstrated ownership of end-to-end projects.
• Strong programming skills in Python or R and advanced SQL for large-scale datasets.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud (BigQuery, Vertex AI).
• Deep knowledge of statistical modeling, A/B testing, and predictive modeling.
• Experience with prompt/context engineering and agentic workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience working with unstructured data such as documents, videos, or images.
