Field Deployment AI Engineer (AI/IT Management): Leading end-to-end enterprise deployments of AI-powered IT management workflows with an accent on technical architecture, custom configuration, and LLM integration. Focus on bridging the gap between platform capabilities and customer operational needs through hands-on engineering and technical leadership.

Location: Hybrid role, must be based in or able to commute to New York (One Penn Plaza) 3 days per week. Willingness to travel up to 50% for on-site customer engagements is required.

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 (OTE)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end deployment for enterprise accounts, including architecture, configuration, and integration.
• Customize AI automations, RMM, and PSA modules to align with specific customer environments.
• Build and deploy LLM-powered workflows that solve real-world operational problems.
• Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise IT stakeholders to define deployment plans.
• Codify repeatable deployment patterns into templates and playbooks to improve efficiency.
• Act as the primary technical authority during customer engagements and on-site visits.

Requirements

• Strong engineering foundation in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Machine Learning.
• Proven coding ability in Python, Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, or C++.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping production-grade LLM-powered applications.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as implementation or solutions engineering.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure including Windows/Mac endpoints, Active Directory, and networking.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for on-site customer engagements.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with RMM or PSA platforms.
• Deep understanding of ML evaluation and training pipelines.
