What you will do
- Manage, coach, and onboard a team of Inbound Sales Representatives to drive business growth.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators including call volume, email outreach, and meeting bookings.
- Develop and refine sales processes and strategies to ensure the success of the Prague go-to-market pod.
- Collaborate with Data, CRM, and Sales Operations teams to optimize lead qualification and meeting success.
- Conduct regular performance analysis to identify root causes and accelerate team growth.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, sales development, or business development.
- 1+ year of experience leading, coaching, or managing a sales team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience managing inbound or outbound lead qualification processes.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across various business functions.
Nice to have
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience with Salesforce and Salesloft.
