What you will do

• Manage and improve the EHSMS compliance score across the EMEA region.
• Conduct risk assessments for events and incidental tasks.
• Lead accident investigations, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Pre-qualify contractors and review risk assessments for outside vendors.
• Host safety meetings and coordinate training for fire wardens and first aiders.
• Liaise with external regulators and government agencies regarding safety and security.

Requirements

• NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.
• Chartered Member of IOSH or working towards Chartered status.
• Experience in managing EHS strategy and compliance in a corporate environment.
• Ability to work onsite in London and travel within the EMEA region.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with business leaders and external regulators.
