What you will do
- Develop and own the product narrative, positioning, and differentiated messaging for AI agents and the platform.
- Lead end-to-end GTM planning and execution for agent launches and feature releases.
- Build and maintain the sales enablement library, including pitch decks, battlecards, and demo scripts.
- Define ICP and buyer personas while conducting win/loss analysis and competitive research.
- Brief and review website copy, email flows, landing pages, and thought leadership content.
- Produce case studies, explainer videos, and pilot stories with measurable ROI.
Requirements
- 4–7 years in product marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or ecommerce technology.
- Proven track record of taking complex products to market from positioning through execution.
- Exceptional writing ability to translate dense product specs into crisp, compelling copy.
- Experience briefing and managing external creative, copy, and design agencies.
- Deep knowledge of ecommerce operator workflows and their specific challenges.
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
Nice to have
- Experience positioning AI-powered tools without overstating capabilities.
- Background marketing to the Shopify ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with Customer.io, PostHog, or Notion.
- Familiarity with partner and channel GTM motions.
- Experience producing demo videos, walkthroughs, and webinar content.
