What you will do

• Generate qualified appointments for the Latin American sales team via outbound and inbound lead channels.
• Follow up on marketing programs including conferences, webinars, and email campaigns.
• Conduct online research to identify decision-makers in target companies.
• Manage and maintain data within Salesforce and other sales tools.
• Collaborate with regional marketing and sales teams through regular cadence meetings.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico (specifically Mexico City, Guadalajara, or Monterrey).
• 2-5 years of telesales experience in the software industry.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
• Strong phone presentation and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business discipline.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter.

• Experience with Salesforce, Apollo, Salesloft, and 6sense.
