What you will do

• Manage T&A and track sourcing projects to ensure timely delivery and identify production issues proactively.
• Coordinate product specifications and distribute them to designated suppliers to resolve issues upfront.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve critical quality, price, and delivery requirements.
• Travel to factories to evaluate supplier capacity, technical abilities, and competence.
• Maintain performance data for all suppliers and implement actions to address concerns.
• Identify product reengineering opportunities to improve quality and lower costs.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in direct sourcing at a global sourcing office or trading company.
• In-depth knowledge of hardline and softline construction and production capabilities.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to evaluate supplier competence.
• Excellent command of English and the local language.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects in an organized manner.
