What you will do

• Independently build and implement standardized global customs compliance systems and operational standards for the US, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Singapore.
• Perform comprehensive reviews of all import/export customs documentation to ensure authenticity, completeness, and consistency.
• Coordinate with international freight companies, customs brokers, and port terminals to track clearance and handle inspections.
• Develop and activate emergency response plans for customs clearance anomalies to minimize delays.
• Monitor changes in international trade laws and provide specialized compliance training for internal teams.
• Manage the full lifecycle of US Customs Bonds and establish a stable domestic US customs clearance service system.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in global import/export customs clearance management.
• Valid work permit for full-time employment in the US.
• Fluent English (oral and written).
• Deep proficiency in the customs regulations of the United States, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Singapore.
• Expertise in U.S. CBP rules, AMS/ISF filing, and FCC ID certification standards.
• Strong capability to independently formulate risk emergency plans and manage global agency networks.

Nice to have

• Ability to speak, read, and write in Mandarin.
• Professional certifications such as Customs Declarer, Inspection Declarer, or Logistics Specialist.
• Experience with high-value containerized electronics shipped from Southeast Asia to the US.
