What you will do

• Translate circuit requirements into specific device and technology specifications.
• Benchmark foundry technologies based on technical figures of merit and cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with front-end foundries on device modeling, PDK setup, and foundation IP.
• Conduct root cause analysis for product yield loss and reliability degradation.
• Provide technical leadership in new product introduction projects.
• Work within a multi-disciplinary R&D environment to optimize device architecture.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in physics or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in semiconductor R&D, specifically with automotive-grade ICs.
• Expert knowledge of device architecture for active and passive components in CMOS and HV BCD technologies.
• Proficiency in TCAD device simulation tools like Medici, Suprem, or Sentaurus.
• Experience with PDK tools, schematic design (Cadence/Synopses), and Python programming.
• Strong analytical skills regarding wafer-level reliability and degradation mechanisms.
