TL;DR

What you will do
- Support serial life and continuous improvement for e-drive systems
- Coordinate structured issue analysis for field returns, warranty, and production failures
- Analyze CAN/LIN traces, motor/inverter behavior, and performance indicators
- Coordinate system analysis with mechanical, e-machine, inverter, software, validation, and simulation experts
- Support requirement updates for Euro 7 regulations and homologation
- Drive 8D/Six Sigma problem-solving workshops
- Monitor system requirements and traceability using Polarion
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in system engineering for mechatronic automotive systems
- Experience with electric machine systems, power electronics, and controls
- Experience in signal and data analysis (dynamic behavior, inverter parameters, calibration)
- Experience with validation and system debugging in bench or vehicle environments
- Experience with CAN analysis tools: Vector CANalyzer/CANoe, Canape
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering or similar
- English fluent; French, Dutch, Italian are assets
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams
