What you will do

• Perform engineering analyses, calculations, and modelling to evaluate product performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Support and optimize manufacturing processes, specifically laser cutting, laser welding, cleaning, and assembly.
• Build and test prototypes and execute experiments to guide technical decision-making and design improvements.
• Design surgical instruments and related components from conceptual design through verification and market introduction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, applied physics, industrial engineering, or a similar field.
• Mastery of both Dutch and English languages.
• Hands-on mentality with strong analytical skills and a team-player attitude.
