What you will do

• Oversee the full project lifecycle from early pre-construction through to handover to internal operations teams.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and general contractors.
• Ensure compliance with employer requirements, contractual obligations, and local planning/permitting regulations.
• Lead the procurement process for general contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
• Provide regular reporting to client and customer teams regarding project progress and risk.
• Foster trust-based partnerships with supply chain partners and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience in project delivery from a client or construction perspective.
• Proven track record in multi-site data center portfolio management.
• In-depth knowledge of construction and capital projects strategy, regional markets, and supply chain.
• Expertise in contract administration and managing complex project agreements.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-professional and multi-cultural teams.
• Ability to work on-site in Dallas, Texas.
