What you will do

• Collaborate with Nurse Coordinators to drive market development and increase revenue through direct sales.
• Act as a patient advocate, assessing needs and coordinating logistics to ensure timely testing.
• Maintain service-oriented relationships with patients and support existing customers.
• Manage data and analysis requests across the organization using tools like Salesforce and QlikView.
• Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA and PHI privacy regulations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inbound and outbound call centers.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
• Ability to handle PHI and complete HIPAA training.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
