What you will do

• Install, commission, and maintain medical imaging and associated ICT/electrical equipment.
• Perform methodical problem-solving and technical support for imaging products.
• Manage personal schedules for field-based installations, upgrades, and preventative maintenance.
• Produce accurate, detailed reports to ensure customer satisfaction and H&S compliance.
• Collaborate with installation teams and third-party trades in a professional manner.
• Manage the return of equipment and parts in accordance with ISO and WEEE procedures.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Electronics, ICT, or Computer Science.
• Experience working safely with electromechanical systems.
• Understanding of networking and remote diagnosis software.
• Ability to fault find basic electronics to component level.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and to Germany for hands-on product training.
