TL;DR

Associate Manager - Consumer Insights (Consumer Research): Leading primary and secondary consumer research for key product and business platforms with an accent on integrating consumer insights into actionable business strategies. Focus on designing qualitative and quantitative research programs, managing external partners, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive growth.

Location: Must be based in Dublin, Ohio, and work in the office at least 4 days a week

Salary: $81,000 - $138,000 Annually

What you will do

  • Lead the design and analysis of primary consumer research programs focusing on secondary product platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth qualitative discussions, quantitative research, and competitive analysis.
  • Manage external research partners to ensure high-quality performance and best-in-class practices.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, and Operations to develop strategic business plans based on consumer insights.
  • Analyze external industry and cultural trends to identify long-term growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • B.S. or B.A. in business, marketing research, statistics, or social sciences.
  • 2-3+ years of corporate or agency marketing research experience in retail, food, or CPG.
  • Expertise in designing and leading both qualitative and quantitative marketing research.
  • Ability to partner with and lead external marketing research agencies.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Nice to have

  • M.S. or M.A. in business, marketing research, statistics, or the social sciences.
