Distribution Analyst (CPG)

Location: Atlanta, United States; approximately 90% in office

Salary: $72,000–$108,000 per year plus cash incentives

What you will do

• Analyze annual revenue plans, budgets, forecasts, and plan-to-actual performance for distribution regions.
• Validate distributor partner performance data, business plans, invoices, and payment status.
• Build and maintain standard reports, regional dashboards, and continuous-improvement reporting processes.
• Manage point-of-sale reporting and support national account survey processes.
• Coordinate with distributor finance departments, the RBNA payment center, headquarters, retailers, and regional stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly updates and materials for monthly sales meetings.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in an analyst role within the consumer packaged goods industry.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with the ability to convert analytics into actionable insights.
• Understanding of sales drivers, distribution roles, retail accounts, and sales execution.
• Experience working with distributor finance leads and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of RBNA reporting technology and Circana is required at a high level.
• Fluent English; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
