What you will do

• Maintain overall financial responsibility for regional operating AssetCo entities.
• Review and present monthly financial results in accordance with Group policies.
• Monitor site cash flows and provide analysis to regional finance leadership.
• Collaborate with the Design and Construction team to track budgets and manage debt drawdowns.
• Oversee accounts payable, tax payments, and debt covenant monitoring.
• Lead year-end financial statement preparation and audit processes.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CA).
• Proven experience in cash flow management, ideally within the construction industry.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to partner with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
