What you will do

• Manage end-to-end intercompany accounting processes, including reconciliations, variance analysis, and resolution of discrepancies.
• Oversee intercompany cash settlement activities, including payments, receipts, and netting cycles.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations to ensure full compliance with internal controls and evidenced balances.
• Collaborate with outsourced partners, other finance teams, and divisional/group stakeholders.
• Support the efficient delivery of internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven experience in Balance Sheet reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of financial data.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to deliver high-quality outputs within tight deadlines.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating across Finance and Operations teams.
• High level of accuracy and commitment to robust financial controls and governance.

Nice to have

• Experience in Finance Operations or Shared Services within a medium to large organization.
• Advanced Excel capability.
• Familiarity with SAP and Blackline reconciliation tool.
• Strong understanding of financial controls frameworks.
