• Prepare monthly management accounts and perform detailed variance analysis.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes and assist with month-end close activities.
• Partner with non-finance teams to provide critical financial insight and analysis.
• Monitor stock, margins, and cost performance across various retail channels.
• Drive process improvements and support system enhancements.
• Assist with statutory reporting and audit requirements.

Requirements

• Part-qualified (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) and actively progressing with studies.
• Approximately two years of experience in a professional finance role.
• Must be based in or living close to Newbury and surrounding areas.
• Proactive, driven, and eager to learn in a high-pressure environment.
