What you will do

• Develop 2D drawings and 3D models for infrastructure, civil, and rail projects using Bentley MicroStation.
• Produce accurate construction documentation by interpreting engineering sketches and redlines.
• Support structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit, focusing on framing plans and foundation layouts.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and apply BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) to ensure project alignment.
• Manage design files, cell libraries, and seed files according to company CAD standards.
• Perform quality checks and peer reviews on deliverables to maintain high standards across project phases.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Civil, Structural, or Infrastructure Engineering Technology, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in CAD production and design support for infrastructure or rail projects.
• Proficiency in Bentley MicroStation as a primary production tool.
• Strong knowledge of structural drafting conventions and construction documentation.
• Exposure to Autodesk Revit in a structural BIM context.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to work in Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid)
