What you will do

  • Manage debt drawdowns and repayments for global construction financing and term loans.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and information covenants across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Design and implement robust operational processes for debt management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for lenders and debt agents.
  • Manage interest rate and FX hedging activities.
  • Collaborate with Treasury, Legal, and Corporate Finance teams on funding requirements and supplier payments.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of debt compliance experience in a corporate entity or loans agency.
  • Strong familiarity with long-form debt documentation.
  • Experience managing debt at an operational level.
  • Proven ability to work with international business operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience handling large volumes of data.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing publicly-issued debt and related statutory compliance.
  • Business partnering experience with internal and external stakeholders.
