What you will do

• Input payments and foreign exchange transactions across various online banking platforms.
• Perform verbal call-backs to verify wire transfer details.
• Liaise with clients regarding payment queries and process confirmations.
• Maintain strict adherence to internal processes and checklist procedures.
• Handle routine office and clerical tasks to support the fund operations team.

Requirements

• Must be based in St Helier or able to work from the local office.
• Proficiency in computer literacy and banking systems (e.g., EQ, Bankline).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
• Professional communication skills with a good level of business English.
• Ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
