What you will do

• Manage all aspects of assigned projects, including cost, schedule, and scope of work.
• Lead and supervise a team of project managers, coordinators, and assistants.
• Drive business development activities, including client presentations, proposal participation, and relationship management.
• Ensure high-quality project deliverables and resolve conflicts or disputes with customers.
• Coordinate project staffing and resource allocation in conjunction with the Director of Project Management.
• Perform field visits to active job sites as required to ensure project success.

Requirements

• 10+ years of high-voltage industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an applicable field.
• Knowledge of civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical industries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to travel as needed and work on active job sites.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
