What you will do
- Manage and optimize the marketing automation platform, including workflows, nurture sequences, and lead scoring models.
- Execute multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and Google Ads targeting international markets.
- Oversee the lead lifecycle from acquisition to sales handoff to ensure efficient communication.
- Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and translate data into actionable optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align campaigns with broader go-to-market priorities.
- Maintain audience segmentation and support product marketing through targeted in-tool and email messaging.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing automation or performance marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Marketo and CRM integration.
- Proven track record of managing paid campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI/OKR frameworks and data-driven optimization.
- Ability to commit to a 12-month maternity cover engagement.
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple international markets.
Nice to have
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Chemical, or industrial SaaS markets.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization and retargeting strategies.
- Experience coordinating or briefing external agencies.
