What you will do

• Design and maintain enterprise GIS solutions using ArcGIS Enterprise to support project objectives.
• Lead the integration of spatial and tabular data from diverse sources including CAD and GPS using ETL processes.
• Develop and optimize enterprise geodatabases and data models for multi-user environments.
• Automate GIS workflows using Python and related tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical approaches and deliver fit-for-purpose geospatial products.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the GIS team to support professional development.

Requirements

• University degree or college diploma in Computer Science, GIS, Geomatics, or related field.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in GIS, spatial data, or data-driven delivery.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Program Manager capacity.
• Advanced proficiency with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, and ArcGIS Online.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is required for client communication and strategic meetings.
• Strong expertise in ETL processes, data integration, and spatial database administration.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Familiarity with LiDAR data processing and remote sensing workflows.
• Experience with JavaScript for automation and customization.
