Location: Remote, with a requirement for 4+ hours of overlap with CET hours.
Salary: $2,500–$4,500 / month gross

What you will do
- Monitor performance, postbacks, and attribution gaps to reduce revenue leakage.
- Reconcile commission data across internal systems, affiliate dashboards, and partner platforms.
- Manage an open case tracker, ensuring clear ownership, financial impact, and resolution.
- Produce firm-facing summaries and visual explanations to support partner negotiations.
- Identify systemic issues from case patterns and improve reconciliation tooling.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, analytics, or a related commercial-data role.
- Strong SQL, spreadsheet, and data reconciliation skills.
- Confidence presenting discrepancies and evidence to external partners.
- Excellent async written communication skills.
- Strong ownership mindset and follow-through discipline.
- Ability to work with 4+ hours of overlap with CET hours.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in fintech, prop trading, or affiliate ecosystems.
- Familiarity with TrackNow or similar attribution/affiliate platforms.
- Experience handling firm-facing or client-facing data conversations.
- Process design experience for reconciliation or operational workflows.
