TL;DR

Marketing Analyst (Growth & Attribution): Connecting channel activity to user quality, conversion, commission revenue, and long-term value with an accent on marketing analytics across channels and building attribution/unit economics models. Focus on designing measurement plans, quantifying experimental lift, and proactively monitoring anomalies to reduce wasted spend and improve budget allocation.

Location: Remote (strong overlap with CET hours; 4+ hours overlap). Working hours roughly 9 AM–6 PM CET.

Salary: $2,000–$3,500 / month gross

What you will do

  • Own marketing analytics across paid ads, email, SEO, lifecycle, organic/social, and market expansion with consistent weekly reporting.
  • Build and maintain attribution models and unit economics metrics (ROAS, CAC, LTV, retention, payback) by channel/country/campaign/segment.
  • Identify growth opportunities across markets, segments, channels, landing pages, and messaging; monitor anomalies and flag issues before spend is wasted.
  • Support CRO and experimentation by defining measurement plans, analyzing landing-page conversion, and quantifying post-launch lift.
  • Partner with Finance to align attribution with revenue recognition.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Analyst, Growth Analyst, or similar.
  • Marketing analytics tooling experience: Google Ads, Meta, GA4, and ideally lifecycle/email platforms.
  • Strong SQL and behavioral/marketing performance analysis skills.
  • Deep understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, and attribution.
  • Remote-first role with strong async written communication and 4+ hours overlap with CET.
  • Commercial mindset focused on revenue impact rather than vanity metrics.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, prop trading, or D2C SaaS.
  • Incrementality testing experience.
  • International/multi-market analytics experience.
  • Familiarity with affiliate/partner attribution models.
