What you will do

• Build ecosystem-level financial visibility across operating companies, investment vehicles, and family office activities.
• Own consolidated forecasting, budgeting, scenario planning, and liquidity planning across the full platform.
• Create capital allocation frameworks that guide investment decisions, debt usage, and reserve strategy.
• Lead cash management, treasury workflows, and lender relationships across multiple entities and currencies.
• Oversee corporate and fund accounting, intercompany allocations, and financial governance.
• Partner with tax and legal counsel to drive tax planning, entity structuring, and ownership-related financial strategy.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of finance leadership experience in private equity, family office, holding company, or multi-entity environments.
• Proven expertise in capital allocation, debt strategy, and managing complex ownership structures.
• Deep fluency in corporate and fund accounting, including consolidations and entity-level reporting.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and experience with systems like NetSuite, Adaptive Planning, or Anaplan.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass background/credit checks.
• Ability to build systems personally and deliver hard truths with clarity and conviction.

Nice to have

• CPA, CFA, or MBA designation.
• Experience with Carta or similar equity management platforms.
• Background in real estate private equity or high-growth tech ventures.
