Salary: $347,000 - $405,000

What you will do

• Own the firm’s financial operating system, including corporate accounting, treasury, and firmwide consolidation.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes to ensure data accuracy and visibility.
• Drive the Workday financial roadmap and implement automation to modernize accounting operations.
• Partner with Fund Finance, Tax, HR, and Legal to ensure financial information is actionable and compliant.
• Develop and lead a high-performing finance organization with a culture of ownership and discipline.
• Apply AI tools to reduce manual work and improve the speed and quality of financial reporting.

Requirements

• CPA certification required
• 12+ years of experience in accounting, treasury, or corporate finance within investment management, private equity, or venture capital
• Proven track record of leading finance organizations through operational scale and systems modernization
• Deep expertise in corporate accounting, cash management, and multi-entity financial consolidation
• Strong leadership skills with experience developing senior finance and systems teams
• Must be able to work in-office 2-3 days a week in Menlo Park or San Francisco
