What you will do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Associate Network, ensuring efficient service delivery across all service lines.
- Manage and clinically supervise Associate Clinical Leads, providing feedback and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Optimize the Associate onboarding and nurture journey to maintain high standards of performance.
- Analyze data trends to identify operational risks, capacity gaps, and opportunities for service improvement.
- Collaborate with the Head of Assessment Services and COO to forecast capacity needs and implement service delivery changes.
- Act as the primary escalation point for operational and complex clinical matters within the network.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK
- Clinical qualification and registration (e.g., Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Nursing, Speech and Language Therapy, or Psychology).
- Demonstrable experience in management at a senior level within an independent healthcare provider.
- Experience working within neurodevelopmental services and understanding of diagnostic pathways.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage contracts, capacity, and delivery metrics.
- Professional home working environment with a minimum 2 mbps internet connection.
